Last updated: August 31, 2026

Welcome to HIT Learn, an educational platform, operated by Home Ideas Technologies Private Limited (“HIT Learn”, "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the HIT Learn website, mobile application, digital learning platform, educational content, features, services and related products.

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using HIT Learn, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Where the user is a child or minor, the Platform may be used only with the involvement, supervision and/or consent of a parent or legal guardian, wherever required under applicable law.

1. About HIT Learn

HIT Learn is an educational technology platform intended to provide learning resources, educational activities, interactive content, quizzes, learning assistance, personalised learning experiences and other educational features.

The specific features available to a user may vary depending on the version of the Platform, device, subscription, location, age group, account type and other factors.

HIT Learn is intended to supplement learning and educational engagement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, HIT Learn does not replace a school, teacher, tutor, parent, guardian or other qualified educational professional.

2. Eligibility and Children's Use

HIT Learn may be used by students, parents, guardians, teachers and other authorised users, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements for particular features.

Where a user is a child, parent or legal guardian involvement may be required. We may require verifiable parental or guardian consent before collecting or processing a child's personal data where required by applicable law.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising a child's use of the Platform and for ensuring that the child uses HIT Learn appropriately.

We do not knowingly permit children to independently provide personal information where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent.

3. Registration and Account Information

Certain features may require registration or an account.

You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and reasonably current when registering or using the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials associated with your account and for activities carried out through your account.

Where an account is created or managed by a parent, guardian, school, teacher or other authorised person on behalf of a student, that person represents that they have the necessary authority to do so.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that the account information is inaccurate, fraudulent, unauthorised or otherwise violates these Terms.

4. Educational Content

HIT Learn may provide educational materials including, but not limited to:

  • lessons and learning resources;
  • quizzes and assessments;
  • educational articles and explanations;
  • interactive activities;
  • videos, images, illustrations and other media;
  • AI-assisted learning features;
  • personalised learning recommendations; and
  • other educational resources introduced from time to time.

Educational content is provided for general learning and educational purposes.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful educational content, we do not guarantee that every item of content will always be completely accurate, current, error-free or suitable for every learner.

Parents, guardians, teachers and students should exercise appropriate judgment when relying on educational content.

5. AI-Assisted Features

Some HIT Learn features may use AI-generated or AI-assisted content and occasionally they may contain errors, omissions or inappropriate responses.

AI-generated content should therefore be treated as an educational aid and not as an infallible source of information.

HIT Learn does not guarantee that AI-generated responses will always be accurate, complete, unbiased, age-appropriate or suitable for a particular educational requirement.

Where appropriate, users should verify important information with a parent, teacher, educational institution or other qualified person.

6. Personalised Learning

HIT Learn may use information relating to a user's interaction with the Platform, such as learning activity, quiz performance, preferences or progress, to provide or improve educational features and personalised learning experiences.

Personalisation will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We will not use children's personal data for purposes prohibited by applicable law.

8. User-Generated Content

Where HIT Learn permits users to submit content, including answers, comments, questions, feedback, images or other materials, you remain responsible for the content you submit.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit User Content.

You must not submit personal information belonging to another person without appropriate authority or permission.

Where technically and legally appropriate, we may moderate, review, remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in HIT Learn, including its software, platform design, branding, logos, trademarks, educational materials, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, interfaces, databases and other proprietary content, belong to the Company or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment for a service does not guarantee any particular academic result, examination score, admission, rank, certification outcome or other educational result.

12. Certificates and Learning Outcomes

Where HIT Learn provides certificates, badges, scores or completion records, these are intended to indicate participation or completion of the relevant HIT Learn activity unless expressly stated otherwise.

A certificate or completion record does not necessarily represent accreditation, qualification or recognition by a government authority, school, university or professional body.

HIT Learn does not guarantee a particular academic, competitive-examination, employment or admission outcome.

13. Availability and Service Changes

We aim to keep HIT Learn available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, network failures, security incidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.

Where a material change affects a paid service, we will provide any notice or remedy required under applicable law or the applicable purchase terms.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to HIT Learn where reasonably necessary to:

  • Enforce these Terms;
  • Prevent fraud, abuse or security risks;
  • Protect users, including children;
  • Comply with applicable law or a lawful governmental request;
  • Investigate suspected misuse; or
  • Protect the rights, property or safety of the Company or others.

Parents or users may request account closure by contacting us using the details provided below.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

15. Privacy and Personal Data

Your use of HIT Learn is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of personal data we collect, the purposes for which we process it, how it may be shared, how we protect and retain it, and the rights available to users and, where applicable, parents or legal guardians.

Where children's personal data is processed, HIT Learn will apply the safeguards required by applicable Indian data-protection law.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information and maintain the security of the Platform.

However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should not share passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary personal information through public areas of the Platform.
